Symptoms

After upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.5.5, an existing orchestration that contains a connector that calls another orchestration with  <ais>:<port>jderest/v2/orchestrator/<orch name> is failing with the following error if the data contains as special character $. The error appears on screen in Orchestrator Studio:

This issue happens only with $ character.

Steps to duplicate:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade TR to 9.2.5.5.
2. run/test orchestration from Orchestrator Studio and make sure you are passing in special character $
3. notice it fails and error appears

Changes

 Upgrade Tools Release to 9.2.5.x
