On HTML Server using WebLogic 14c, there are performance issues reported while performing transactions. This issue might affect a specific transaction when sequence of transactions are performed together. For example when receiving multiple receipts, after receiving 9 receipts the 10th receipt might get stuck in processing. The transaction gets stuck in processing for few minutes during which no action may be done on the application. The application will unfreeze after few minutes.

Stuck threads occur with HTTP/2 related methods in the stack trace. Example from WebLogic Managed Instance .log :

Users may also experience issues while using the web client, such as "page is not responding" errors.
