E1: 49: Shipment Confirmation Using P49645 Was Processed With The Incorrect Item Weight UOM Conversion (Doc ID 2856423.1)

Customer processed shipment confirmation for a Transportation order using P49645/P4205 and the Item UOM Conversion for the weight UOM (LB to TN) was incorrect.

1. Is there any way to "Undo" the shipment confirmation, correct the Item UOM Conversion, then reprocess the shipment confirmation?
2. Assuming the answer to question 1 is no, what is the impact of having the wrong shipment weight in the various tables? Customer verified that the shipment charges are based on distance and not weight, so the charges in the F4945 - Shipment Charges are correct, but the shipment weights are displaying incorrectly in P4210 - Sales Detail & P4915 - Shipment Detail.
3. If there is an impact (other than just visibly being incorrect), which tables & fields would need to be corrected through SQL to fix the shipment weights?
