E1: 42B: Asynchronous Business Function Error When Writing Preference Resolution Ledger (F40300R)

Symptoms
When entering sales orders with Basic Payment terms preference (01) set up and the R40400 processing option set equal 2 to allow records to be written to the Preference Resolution Ledger (F40300R) then an Asynchronous Business Function Error during order entry and the call object kernel goes Zombie.
When the processing option values in R40400 are switched from 2 to 1, the application does not crash, the preference is resolved and the order is created.
The issue appears to be in BSFN B4002060 - PrefHistoryCacheHandler when copying one data structure to another for F40301R and F40301
Steps to Duplicate:
1. P40070 / P40301 Set up Payment Terms (01) preference
2. Activate Preference Processing for P4210 version
3. Set up R40400 version called by P4210 to activate Payment Terms preference, in the processing options, enter a "1" next to the preference
4. P4210 Enter Sales Order and Note that preference is resolved, and payment term is populated
5. Set up R40400 version, in the processing options enter a "2" next to the preference to allow records to be written to the Preference Resolution Ledger (F40300R)
6. Enter another sales order and Receive Asynchronous Business function error in F4211FSEndDoc
