Goal

Currently, we can download the orchestration that Oracle created to build the package.  Reference KM:  E1: ORCH: PKG: How to Build a Package from Orchestration? (Doc ID 2777342.1)

This is a request to have an Orchestration to process the whole package flow which includes package assembly, promotion, building and deploying.

An example of the flow is:

  1. A developer creates/modify E1 objects and once it is ready to move to PY for testing, then change the project status. ( A custom status).
  2. Once a week, CNC build an update package for Objects that needs to move to PY (specific status).  CNC creates a package assembly for all the objects that are in the status.
  3. Must add the User with the correct role to the project member to be able to promote the project.
  4. Promote the objects that are in the status to PY.
  5. Using the #2 Package Assembly, build the Package Build definition
  6. Submit the build to create client and server package.
  7. Based on the result of the build, create the Package deployment Definition
  8. Deploy the package.
