After updating the tools release to version 9.2.6.x (prior, the Punch Out flow is not working for the direct connections which were previously set up.

Step to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to JAS and fastpath to P43E10
2. Select a purchasing category and then select a vendor
3. The Direct connection for the shopping cart processor screen should open.
4. The pop-up windows for the shopping cart are not displayed and the process does not continue.
