Symptoms

During start up of E1 agent or Server Manager Management Console version 9.2.5.x or later, the following error is recorded into E1 agent log file:

Although the above error is recorded as severe, all the features of Server Manager Management Console and E1 agent are working fine.

This issue can be replicated at will by starting the E1 agent or Server Manager Management Console

Changes

Server Manager Management Console and the standalone and embedded E1 agents have been configured to use TLS v1.2 or TLS v1.3 for the JMX communication, following the solution from Document ID 2723106.1 - How to Implement TLS v1.2 for Secure JMX Protocol Communication on Server Manager Console Version 9.2.4.3 and Higher
