E1: OUTBND: Does the Real Time Event (RTE) Architecture Consider Timezone in the F90710 Table Definition? (Doc ID 2858954.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The table F90710 includes the field "EVNTTIME" which stores RTE event time.  The value of this field appears to be stored as UTC, but is using the database(DB) server local time. The DB server is located in Eastern European Time (EET), which is a few hours later than UTC.

Is there a way to change the field so that the value is stored based on the current time-zone (EET)?
