Goal

Why is the record count in the Audit Execution Details for Joint Venture Management (JVM) UBEs not showing the number of record that were processed by the UBE? 

For example UBEs: Load Joint Venture Account Ledger (R09J400), Generate Joint Venture Distribution Detail (R09J402), Assign,  Draw, and Create JEs for Cash Calls (R09J620) and (Generate Distribution Ledgers) R09J500.

 

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Run UBE Load Joint Venture Account Ledger (R09J400), Generate Joint Venture Distribution Detail (R09J402), Assign, Draw, and Create JEs for Cash Calls (R09J620) or (Generate Distribution Ledgers) R09J500.
  2. P986110B: Access Work with Submitted Jobs (WSJ), select Execution Detail from the Row Exit for a Joint Venture Management UBE.
  3. Review the field “Rows Processed” in the Audit Data tab.
