Goal
During an unplanned outage, the last in-flight process must fail before switching over to another Database node. Is there a way to implement an Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Jobs to gracefully failover during unplanned failures while in-flight processes are running? e.g. a batch job in 'P' status and a DB node failure/outage.
The goal would be to provide seamless failover for unplanned database outages while in-flight processes are in progress by allowing batch processes to continue without interruption.
