Symptoms

This is a new install in OCI and JDE deployment on Autonomous Transaction Processing Database (ATP-S) is failing when deployed Via One Click Provisioning process.

This process is failing at "Create Tablespace" command.

Error captured in the deployment logs (/u01/ProvisionPrime/log),
