Symptoms
The PackageDomainServer and PackageDomainPort configuration under PACKAGE BUILD section not available for JAS and BSSV instance configuration on server manager.

PackageDomainPort=
PackageDomainServer=
This configuration is replaced with Auto Spec Gen section.
So, this configuration is not available to configure via server manager.
