E1: 32: "Configured Item Mismatch" Error (122G) when Attempting to Ship Confirm (P4205) the Remaining Quantity on a Split Order Line for a Configured Item (Doc ID 2860888.1)

Symptoms

After entering a partial shipment (P4205) for a configured item, if the end user attempts to ship the remaining quantity by taking the visual assist in the Location field to ship from the correct lot number, the following error occurs.

Configured Item Mismatch
Error ID 122G

Steps:
1. Create a Sales Order (P4210) for a Configured parent with a quantity greater than 1.
2. Process the related Work Order (R31410).
3. Enter a Partial Completion (P31114) where the processing options are set to not update the Sales Order Lot and Location.
4. Enter a Partial Shipment (P4205); use the visual assist in the Location field to select the correct lot number for the configuration. The system processes the first partial shipment.
5. Complete the full Work Order quantity (P31114).
6. Attempt to ship the remaining quantity (P4205) and notice the system displays the following error:

Error ID 122G
