E1: 15: Company Number Does Not Default In Lease Master (F1501B) when Adding a Non-property Lessee Lease

Symptoms
When creating a non-property lessee lease with processing option 4 - Company Blank, the system does not populate the company number on F1501B table in the same manner that it does for a property lease.
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set processing option 4 on P1501 to blank.
2. Add a non-property lessee lease in Lease Information (P1501)
3. View the F1501B Table and company is blank.
Comparison can be made to the functionality by adding a property lessee lease and verifying the company is populated correctly.
