Symptoms

A custom DBA Table Method, for example,  ZC,  for a flex benefit, calculates the DBA correctly during payroll processing, P07210, but does not display the flex benefits correctly in P08334, Enrollment with Eligibility, after applying JN19039.

STEPS:

1. In P059116, set up DBA table method ZC based on employee age / employee amount / tbl/ tblamout2

2. Set up a benefit plan, P08320, with this new dba in the flex amount field on Plan Master.

3. Enroll an employee in the benefit plan through P08334, Enrollment with Eligibility, and review the Flex amount shown.

4. Review the Employee DBA Instructions, P050181,  for the correct amount to be calculated during payroll processing.
