E1: 41: Error UOM has Conflicting Conversion Factors (ID 3315) Is Displayed in Item Unit Of Measure Conversions (P41002) When There Are No Conflicts (Doc ID 2862438.1)

Symptoms

Error UOM has conflicting conversion factors (ID 3315) is displayed in Item Unit of Measure Conversions (P41002) when there are no conflicts.

Steps:

  1. Go to P4101 and create new item with primary Unit of Measure (UOM) = SU
  2. Go to Item Unit of Measure Conversions P41002 and set below conversions for this item and save:
    CA = 2 SU
    IU = 242 CO
    LA = 18 SU
    PL = 5 LA
    PL = 6 PP
    PL = 90 SU
    SU = 24 IU
    The new UOMs should be added in UDC 00/UM
  3. Go back to P41002 and try to add SD = 48 IU and error is displayed.
