E1: 49: Batch Shipment Approval R4982 Allows Approval When Order has Record Reservation in F00095 (Doc ID 2863276.1)

The R4982 Batch Shipment Approval program will approve a shipment when the underlying sales order detail record is reserved in the F00095; the manual Approve Shipment action from P4915 triggers error 113C (Reserved by <username>)  if the approval is attempted under the same circumstances. Both programs should function the same way.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE

1. Create a transportation order and validate that a shipment is created and correctly routed. Leave the sales order open in the P4210, so that a record reservation record is created in the F00095 table.
2. Launch the P4915 application and attempt to approve the shipment via the Row Exit. Note that an error is received regarding the order being reserved, and the approval cannot be completed.  
3. Still with the sales order record in the F00095, run the R4982 application (Batch Shipment Approval) over the shipment number and observe that it is successfully approved.
