E1: MOB: When Logging into the Mobile PO Approval PWA, the Application Spins and Does Not Display the Chart and Data (Doc ID 2864207.1)

Symptoms


Mobile PO Approval PWA app was installed correctly, but when opening the app it shows a spinning icon and the chart is not displayed and no data is returned. 

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Install the PO Approval PWA using the following document for reference E1: MOB: Mobile Purchase Order Approval - Progressive Web Application (PWA) (October 2021 - Release 22) (Doc ID 2812458.1)
  2. Verify the processing options are set in the M43083 and P43081 for PO Approval.  
  3. Test to make sure that PO Aproval is working as expected in P43081.
  4. Login to PO Approval PWA using a valid E1 user set up to approve purchase orders.
  5. See that the app just spins and no data is returned.  Also, no errors appear in the logs.
