After applying Bug 33417196 - TAXABLE GROSS ADJUSTMENTS NOT POSTING TO F06166 AND F06136 FOR TAX TYPES M AND N the Final Update R07250 completes but the Payroll Workbench P07210 stays at an A status for Final Update, and no workfiles are cleared.
It is determined the bug is incorrectly passing the User ID from P07210 to R07250 instead of the Payroll ID.

PS for Payroll Workbench - T07210
Final Update Driver UBE - R07250
Update History - Data Structure - D0701070
Update History - B0701070

Before the fix, Final Update R07250 does not complete and all work files were still populated with the Payroll Workbench P07210 staying at an A status.
After the fix, Final Update R07250 does complete and all work files are processed and the Payroll Workbench P07210 goes to a blank.
