Symptoms

When attempting to update a Preventive Maintenance status in the PM Update application (P12071), the following error occurs.

JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [BSFN_CALLOBJECT_ERROR] An error occurred during the call to trigger business function F1201_CURRENCY: There was a problem with the server while running the business function DecimalTriggerGetByCompany - JavaBsfnService.execute(): error while executing Java BSFN: exception while executing business method: exception while calling business method: null.

Steps:
1. Inquire on an Equipment record in PM Backlog (P12071).
2. In the grid, find an open Preventive Maintenance record; update the status and click the OK button.
3. Notice the system displays the following error:


JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [BSFN_CALLOBJECT_ERROR] An error occurred during the call to trigger business function F1201_CURRENCY: There was a problem with the server while running the business function DecimalTriggerGetByCompany - JavaBsfnService.execute(): error while executing Java BSFN: exception while executing business method: exception while calling business method: null.

This error prevents the PM Schedule status from updating.
