E1: 31B: Barrels Are Getting Duplicated when Attempting to Remove Barrels for Tank to Barrel Operation (T2B) in Create/Edit Operation Detail - P31B87 Screen (Doc ID 2865403.1)

Barrels are getting duplicated when attempting to remove barrels from an Additive Operation.  Removing VBT Details from the Additive operation does not remove the VBT.

Steps:

1.  P31B87 - Edit the Additive operation again and remove the VBT vessel from the operation.
2.  Check table F31B101 via Data browser. Notice the barrels were not removed from table.  Removing the VBT (virtual barrel tank) from the operation should remove the records from the F31B101.
3.  Go back into Add operation and add the VBT back onto the operation and Save and Close.
4.  Check F31B101 via Data browser and notice barrels were doubled up with the new lot number and the old lot number.  (EXPECTED FUNCTIONALITY – shouldn’t duplicate barrels in the F31B101 with two different lot numbers)
