E1: 17: B3101260 Business Function F3111EditLine Does Not Return The SzErrorMessageID Error ID 0294 (Doc ID 2865488.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Service Mgmt. General

B3101260 business function F3111EditLine does not return the szErrorMessageID Error ID 0294 Item Branch Record Does Not Exist in logs even though it appears on the users screen.  It returns cError Code value of 2 (in logs), but not the szErrorMessageID to indicate what the error is.

Example:
P17730 Work Parts (parts List) displays error "Item Branch Record Does Not Exist" from the source b3101260.c business function F3111EditLine.
However, the szErrorMessageID the calling b3101260 business function F3111EditLine returns a blank.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create an WO(P17714)
2. Add a part that doesn't have a valid branch plant
3. Notice Error ID 0294 Item Branch Record Does Not Exist
4. Check Logs
5. B3101260 did not return szErrorMessageID Error ID 0294 and shows BLANK
