Symptoms

STP Phase 2 changes not creating Unpaid leave of termination data and need
mapping for Allowance codes as ATP codes are different from JDE STP2 code

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a new AU employee 
2. Run payroll for the employee
3. Terminate the employee in P0801
4. Enter termination record in P75A0008 for termination type Resignation
5. Enter annual leave, leave loading and long service leave Post 18 August 1993
6. Create STP with build all employees set to Y.
