Last updated on MAY 03, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurator - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On a Configured Sales Order, when you Override the Price for a Configured Item, the Price History does Not display the manual Add/Change Adjustment for only a Configured Item.  If the same test is done with a Non-Configured Item, it displays correctly.

Steps:

  1.  P4071: add a sales adjustment and set it with Manual Add/Change, and ‘Apply on Override Price’ boxes.
  2.  Add an Adjustment to schedule XXXX and attached to a customer.
  3.  P4210: Enter a Sales Order for a Configured Item
  4.  Note that the price of $xxx.xx is calculated
  5.  Now, manually change the Unit Price in the sales line and Exit to the Price History
  6.  Note that the Manual Add/Change adjustment is not displayed automatically.
