Symptoms

When attempting to download Java 1.8.0_321 form the certifications page it fails to download. The "download" link does not allow to download it.
the following error occurs.



STEPS 
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open certifications page for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Deployment Server 9.2.3.0 with Oracle JDK 1.8.0_321
2. Under Oracle JDK 1.8.0_321 Click on "Windows x64 (64bit) 2016
3. Check mark the ": Oracle JDK 1.8.0_321 " box under Downloads section.
4. Click download
5. Accept the license agreement
6. Click on the "V1019118-01.zip" file.
