E1: ORCH: B98ORCH via UBE Takes Over 2 Hours to Run When There is Multiple Grid To Process. Normally It Finishes In 1 minute. Price History Update (P4074) (Doc ID 2867012.1)

B98ORCH calls a orchestration to update price history and it is getting called in "Do section" of a UBE. 

Below is the order numbers that are processed by the UBE and completed successfully.  However, it took 52 minutes to run.   What is the cause of this performance issue? 

Steps to duplicate the issue: 

1.  Create an Orch that updates the price history (P4074).

2.  Create a UBE to call the Orch from the "Do Section".

3.  Submit a UBE and send 20+ lines as inputs. 

4.  Monitor the Work With Submitted Job and wait until the status changes to "D".
