E1:34: How Does R3482 & R3483 (MRP) Determine Co/By Ratio When Planning A Process (Doc ID 2867407.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 02, 2024

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When setting up a Process the amount of Co/By Product is determined by the values on the Coproduct Row exit from the Routing step and the Routing step has an Effective From and Thru date. It appears that a Routing Step with one set of Co/By Products could be "expired" and a new Routing step could have new Co/By Quantities (or Items) effective a given date range. These dates are giving the desired results in Capacity Planning but not in MRP (R3482/R3483). How is the planned output of a Process determined in MRP?
