Symptoms


The unit price of a configured sales order line gets zeroed out when a user attempts to change the request date for the order.  In addition, the order entry application throws a security error but allows the user to continue the transaction even though it has identified that the user does not have enough access to complete the transaction.


STEPS

1. P4210 - The User goes into an Existing Configured Sales Order
2. Revise order using order header Change Request Date. Clicks Ok.
3. The User See error at top. "You are not authorized to run this application" Click Ok to continue.
4. The unit price is zeroed out when the user proceeds. This is the issue being reported.
