Symptoms

When System Constants (P41001) is setup to not allow duplicate lots, the maintenance part list program P17730 is not respecting this setup and allows to insert duplicate lot into part list and into lot master. The same issue is encountered in the CAM - Manage Work Order Parts (P13730) and Manage Work Order Parts (P90CD015). This causes the Error ID 2501 - Lot Already Exists for a Different Item when trying to transact original item/lot.

When create a manufacturing work order (P48013) and try to add a duplicate lot into the part list (P3111) with different item number, the Error ID 2501 - Lot Already Exists for a Different Item. This is correct behavior.
