E1: INST: DB: Web Development Client Disk Space Filling Up With _minidump Files (Doc ID 2869035.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to TR 9.2.5.3 _minidump files are appearing within E920/system/bin32 directory and is filling up disk space.

This continues even after re-registering dll files using rege1.bat. 

Steps to register dlls can be found in E1: OMW: Windows Development (Fat) Client Disk Space Filled Up By _minidump_ Files While Working in Object Management Workbench ( OMW ) (Doc ID 2695892.1).

Steps to Replicate:

1. Open a Web Development Client and FastPath to OMW

2. Monitor the installation directory E920/system/bin32 while working on OMW application

3. Review directory for presence for _minidump files
