Goal

When reviewing the Table method GH in P07901 (looking at this NER DBACalcOneorMoreMoves specifically), which uses the employee gross pay for limits in the Calculation table, how does the NER know to look at the Gross Pay for a particular employee, since that is not in the input parameters?
