If an employee has No Gross Pay and has a deduction DBA, the system calculates a basis for this DBA thereby allowing a percentage benefit DBA, that is based on the gross of the deduction DBA, to calculate a dollar amount. How do we get both the deduction and the benefit to not calculate if the employee has no gross?
