Last updated on MAY 23, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Currently, there is not a way to query on shipments awaiting approval in the P4915 (Work with Shipments) that have associated sales orders on hold or that are in fulfillment. There is a processing option behind the P4915 to display a red X in the work with shipments form or the shipment detail form (or both), but this value cannot be used the query shipments that have been released from hold.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

  1. Enter multiple transportation sales order using the P4210 that will create shipments. Place some of these orders on hold or put them in the fulfillment process.
  2. Turn on Processing Option #5 (Shipments with Held Orders) by setting this to a value of 3 in the version of the P4915 on the Display tab.
  3. Go into the Work with Shipments (P4915) and perform a wide open find.
  4. All shipments appear. There is not a way to suppress the shipments with a red X next to them that indicate the related sales order is on hold or in fulfillment. The goal is to only query shipments where the associated sales order has been released from hold or released from fulfillment.
