Goal

If allowing FMLA substitution for sick and vacation hours, does the system subtract from the sick and vacation accrual balance and also subtract from the 12-week allowed FMLA. If yes, that would mean that the employee used 3 weeks of vacation (reduced 3 weeks of vacation accrual time) and also reduced 3 weeks allowed FMLA time. Correct?
