Symptoms

Clients are requesting the ability to delete approvers in P48182 after R48181 notification has been run. User see this as a gap / oversight in functionality.  For example if one of the users on the ECO Approval Rout is sick or on vacation and the R48181 has been run that user can not be modified or deleted in the P48182. Clients are also requesting that the ECO Approval process be enhanced with i.e. Approver delegation for ECO functionality. (just like purchase orders P43280)
