Symptoms
After upgrading the Tools Release from 9.2.4.3 to 9.2.6.3, the UBE kernel is not able to communicate with AIS server via B98ORCH. The same integration worked successfully in TR 9.2.4.3.

- Create a UBE that calls B98ORCH to run Notification or Orchestration.
- A 3rd party scheduler submits the UBE using their tool.
- Review the UBE log and error will show.
