E1: 49: Pack List Delivery Document R49141P Assigns New Document Number on Reprint (Doc ID 2871042.1)

Symptoms

The Pack List Delivery Document (Build R49141 and Print P49141P) does not retain the same document number when a reprint operation is performed. Instead, it generates new document numbers. This happens even where the processing option behind the R49141P program is correctly set to perform a reprint.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Configure and execute the R49141P document (Pack List Print), via one of the 3 available methods, over a known group of shipments. If successful, this will produce a PDF document with one or more document numbers.
  2. Further configure a different version of the R49141P where the option #2 on the PRINT MESSAGE tab is set to value 2, to perform a reprint and re-use the existing document number.
  3. Execute this version and observe that the PDF generated has assigned new document numbers.
