Symptoms

When try to export UDO object from History (P98700H), get the error: 130B "Object Retrieval Failure"



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Run P0092 and make sure sign on user has daylight saving active
2. create composed page and shared
3. Run P98700H, find the composed page and click export
4. Getting error 130B "Object Retrieval Failure"
