Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The override picking fails to calculate the availability at confirm picking when multiple suggestions are selected and they belong to the same License Plate (LPN).

In P4617 if you select two or more records of picking suggestions on the same pallet and choose the option to override quantity, the system doesn't calculates correctly the availability and displays error message: "Insufficient Quantity On Hand" (ID 3694)

Steps:

  1. Create an LPN of 10 EA for the item A
  2. Create a sales order with 2 lines for 5 EA and 3 EA for item A
  3. R46171 Run picking suggestions and the system creates a suggestion for quantity =  5 EA and another one for 3 EA.
  4. In P4617 select both suggestions and choose "override" Row exit and then "Overpick". For the first suggestion don't change the qty and keep it as 5, for the second suggestion change from 3 to 4.

The system returns the error "Insufficient Quantity On Hand" (ID 3694 Control ID 239 line n. 55). The message is wrong because 5+4 is less than 10.
