Bug 32869201 : USER PROFILE SERVICE ONLY's Japanese translation is included in Uupdate 6 Language.
P0092|W0092A User mode’s translation are wrong compare with Domestic Language Vocabulary Overrides.
Japanese Translation are matched with following English Vocabulary Overrides.
