Symptoms

Recently upgraded from TR 9.2.5.2 to TR 9.2.6.3 we are seeing that old Text Media Objects have HTML tags &nbsp.
The same text displays correct with no html tag in our 9.2.5.2 environment

STEPS TO DUPLICATE
1. Signon to E1
2. Open P01012
3. Select a record with a text attachment that has spaces and was converted from RTF to HTML prior upgrade to 9.2.6.3
4. Text shows ; in the body of the text

Display on editor before TR 9.2.6.3

Display on new editor in TR 9.2.6.3
