Symptoms

Tools release was updated to 9.2.5.6 and after this user was not able to perform Get/Checkin/Checkout/Advance Get for any object. This issue was not happening in the environment which was still on the older tools release.

Here are the errors captured in the jdedebug.log

This issue started after updating the tools release to 9.2.5.6
