Goal
Customer has a data request on table F41021 where the filter includes the lot number.
Sometimes the input value will have a value for lot number and sometimes it will be blank.
When the lot number is blank the data request does not work.
For example: Lot Number = "123" or Lot Number = ""
How to exclude blank values from the filter in the Data service request?
