Symptoms

When JDE 9.2.6.3 is deployed via One Click Provisioning process with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 as database, the JDE database is created with incorrect SQL Server Collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS (default SQL Collation). As per the document Doc ID 1267442.1, it should create the JDE database with SQL Server Collation Latin1_General_CI_AS_WS.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Deploy JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) with Microsoft SQL Server as its Database. For the guide with complete details, refer to Deploying JDE on OCI on Microsoft Windows SQL Server Database
2. Utilize One Click Provisioning for this deployment
3. Request your DBA to verfiy the database properties of the datbase created by the One Click Provisioning process
4. The Collation is marked as SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
