E1:KER: Users Unable To Start New Sessions, Log Error Shows “Remote Environment Initialization Failed” Calling Non-Existant Package Name. (Doc ID 2879506.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to start new sessions while signed into EnterpriseOne.

The users have to log out, and log back in to start a new session.

 Client sees the following errors in the Call Object Kernel logs:

JDESPEC0000027 - TAM init failed!
jdeSpecOpenLocal completed in error - JDESPECRESULT_FAILED.
TAM: tamfopen /XXX/jdedwards/e920/PD920/spec/30/glbltbl.xdb error 2-Std C errno=2 : No such file or directory TAMCreateIndexFile (/XXX/jdedwards/e920/PD920/spec/30/glbltbl.xdb): Error creating index file : Std C errno=2 : No such file or directory
Error creating GLBLTBL.XDB
MSC0000060 - The JDB_OpenTable for F00942 Failed.
MSC0000023 - Invalid environment JPD920
JDB9900012 - Failed to load Environment server (F9880)
JDB1100016 - Failed to load Environment - JPD920, Requested Package - 30

Remote environment initialization failed.
