E1: JAS: Touchscreen Monitor Touch Position Not Correct for Favorites in Carousel and Top Menu (Doc ID 2879795.1)

Symptoms

When users use touchscreen monitors to click on application button on carousel or menu item in favorites menu at the top (Star icon), certain location such as the application label, does not open the application.

When users click on the Application Icon or the blank space after the application label, it works fine.

Happen to Chrome, Edge, FireFox browser.

On the same computer it works fine using the mouse.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. add application to Favorites
2. use touchscreen monitor
3. touch the application label in the Favorites
4. application not launch
5. touch the application icon in the Favorites
6. application launch
