Symptoms

After upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.5.6 unable to build packages from the web client. When submitting a package from the web client the R9621S will stay at Processing in Work With Submitted Jobs and the package build kernel immediately crashes and goes zombie on the Enterprise Server.
