When running a custom OneView (OVR) report against a custom application P554210, it results in the following exception error:


In the User Specific JAS Debug log, the following GridCacheException error is seen:


Steps to duplicate issue:

  1. Sign on to EnterpriseOne on the web client
  2. Run custom application P554210
  3. From OneView menu, select to run the OVR report
  4. The above popup window exception error is received
