Getting the wrong rates when adding time from Employee Master Filter P051191 and going to Daily Time Entry P051141 then adding timecards with 5/30/22 as the Week Start Date and save.
Review in P051121 Time Entry, note all rates reflect the pay rate as of 05/31/22
Rates show the wrong date for the timecards with 6/1/22 and 6/2/22

Steps To Duplicate:

1. From P059121 set Union 2000 Job Type 2H-2
    Rates are 35.00 from 1/1/22 to 5/31/22 then 40.00 from 6/1/22 to 12 /31/22
2. P050002A is set to use Union Rates
3. From Employee Master Filter P051191 go to Daily Time Entry P051141 and add timecards with 5/30/22 as the Week      Start Date
4. Review in Speed Time Entry, note all rates reflect the pay rate as of 05/31/22
    Rates show the wrong date for the timecards with 6/1/22 and 6/2/22
