E1: 46L: P4113 (Inventory Transfer) Application Displays Incorrect Error id 141LPN (License Plate Number -Location Error) For LP Transfer (Doc ID 2881780.1)

Symptoms

The P4113 (Inventory Transfer) transaction cannot be performed in a License Plates branch when trying to transfer an item with lot and license plate number. The system incorrect validates the "From Location" field and displays the Error id 141LPN (License Plate Number -Location Error).

Steps to replicate:

1. Run Inventory Transfer (P4113) in a branch with License Plates module activated and try to transfer an item with lot and license plate number from a location to another.
2. Select "From Location" and "From License Plate Number" using the visual assist functionality.

The application is validating the "From Location" field even this location is a valid location for the selected item, lot and license plate and the transaction cannot be saved.

The same issue occurred when performing Inventory Transfer transaction from LP Workbench (P46L10) application.
